I just posted up my draft/free agency thoughts as of now, at least. I believe the needs early sans Marshall are wide receiver, offensive line then defensive line.I agree that Bryant as the first pick becomes less of a risk and more of a luxury with a second first round pick if we get one. The whole agent fiasco doesn't bode well with me, but it depends on how he interviews I'm betting, and also the McClain pick is good if he's there, even though I don't feel ILB will be as strong a need as wide receiver, o-line or d-line. If they believe McClain is a star, then McDaniels is the type to take the best player over need there, especially with the first pick. http://horviltiki.com/bronco-news/broncos-2010-...

Hey P.P. I read on the DP maybe a couple weeks ago in Numby's mailbag where he wanted to get Mount Cody from Bama in the first round. I thought that was one of the dumbest things I've ever read, and I would probably kill myself if Woody somehow actually had any say in anything Broncos personel-wise. To my knowledge, Cody is a fat lazy blob who can't stay on the field more than a couple downs at a time. But I could be wrong. Still, I wouldn't draft that guy any earlier than the 5th or 6th round.

Speaking of the Draft, I know it's still too early and speculating at this point doesn't really amount to much cause so much can change, but what are your thoughts on that? I mean first couple of rounds. Offense, defense? I've seen McClain from Bama, and Dez Bryant on a lot of mocks. Despite what Marshall said this weekend at the Pro Bowl, if they can get a first this year out of Marshall, then I wouldn't mind drafting Bryant. Then the other first could be used on D or maybe the O-line. I don't know how deep the guards are this year, so I don't know how early they'd need to grab one. What about a QB for the future, later in the draft? I'm fine with Orton for now, but I haven't heard anything about how Brandstater is doing. To hell with Tebow. That's a dumb idea too.

P.P. I've been a huge fan of yours since discovering you in the Post forums opening up a can on the morons who think they're clever with their McD nicknames. You are a diamond in a stew of turds. Thanks for all you do!
