Denver Post:

The Immaculate Deflection” is the most popular description for the Broncos miraculous touchdown play in last Sunday’s win against Cincinnati.

The Post looks at Alphonso Smith’s excellent performance in last week’s game and Broncos defensive coordinator Mike Nolan says Brian Dawkins leadership presence reminds him very much of Ray Lewis when he coached the venerable linebacker in Baltimore.

Broncos D.J. Williams is still adapting to his new inside linebacker role in the 3-4 defense, but he likes the potential and variety the new defensive scheme brings.

The Broncos revealed their all-time 50th anniversary team that was chosen by votes from the fans.

John Elway thinks Kyle Orton isn’t quite comfortable yet in the new offense and believes Orton will be a perfect fit once he gets accustomed to it.

Broncos LB and special teams ace Spencer Larsen will miss “a few weeks” after injuring his shoulder by slipping and falling awkwardly in the locker room before the Cincinnati game last week.

In other site news I updated the “About” page with newer bios from Horvil Tiki and P.P. Dublinski. P.P. Dublinski’s “Huckdort Counter” is also now live on the right column of the site.  Above it is a link to a new page, P.P. made it known that he will field questions about the Broncos or life in general from site readers on his radio show.
