Interesting that the Colts inquired about Ty Law: as he was on his way to Denver.

Possible genius move at a perfect time, as the Colts were desperate for a CB.

Jack Williams has been good but not great. The nickel position is probably our only weakness in the secondary because of two very young players.

I will say this though: I expect good things out of Alphonso Smith in the future, he is getting a masters class training with the likes of Law, Bailey and Goodman. There will be no excuses.

Another possible theory is that Williams wasn’t taking the coaching well, maybe the new scheme, and this didn’t rub McDaniels the right way. McDaniels – who rules with an iron fist, put his foot down: His way or the highway. You wanna go rogue on us? Well out the door and in comes Ty Law in a heartbeat.

I do not get into the over under, through or between the spread, I am reminded of my buddy Walt who has a severe gambling problem. I believe he’s been sending me false emails trying to get these questions answered and I will not be a part of the addiction that is tearing apart his family.
