The rather meaty article serves up  many different tidbits about the team on its way to the final preseason game, addresses the Brandon Marshall suspension and reveals that NFL films president Steve Sabol will probably ask the Denver Broncos to be featured in next year’s “Hard Knocks” HBO reality show. When asked about it, Pat Bowlen stated “I’m not averse to it, but I’m not all that into it.”

Bad news for the Giants as defensive end Osi Umenyiora will have season ending knee surgery. The Raiders WR Drew Carter and FB Oren O’Neal are also done for the season due to injuries.
